Earthship Mollongghip "GhipShip"
Jason and Kate have received planning approval from the Hepburn Shire Council and expect to have a building certificate soon... IN FACT THEY JUST GOT IT!!! (August 2023) HOORAY!
This is the two bedroom Zero Earthship by Earthship Eco Homes, evolved for bushfire resilience, termite resistance, and Australian Building Codes in general.
It is loosely based on the "Encounter" Earthship designed by Michael Reynolds of Earthship Biotecture and is the two bedroom version of Clive Digney's East Augusta Earthship "Earth 1".
